Beachfront Penthouse stunning views

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront property! The location was absolutely beautiful, with stunning ocean views and easy beach access that made every day relaxing and enjoyable. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunsets each evening was unforgettable.The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay. It was the perfect place to unwind while still being close enough to restaurants and local attractions.Overall, we had a fantastic experience and made some great memories. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful beachfront getaway and would happily stay here again!

The property and location were great. The layout would be perfect for two families traveling together as there is a primary suite that has an adjacent bedroom with two twin beds that would be good for younger kids traveling with parents. The thirs bedroom is on the same level as the primary and second bedroom, but on the other side of the unit for some privacy. The fourth bedroom is actually up a spiral staircase and overlooks the main living area. It would be a very cool hangout for older kids.The property manager had arranged for cleaning mid-stay which was great. Some minor problems with the unit were resolved promptly by the property manager. Nice grounds, but not over the top. The restaurant there is affordable for drinks and lunch.

Our stay at this penthouse was nothing short of spectacular. It was the perfect balance of luxury and convenience. The condo is incredibly spacious with four well appointed bedrooms (all with water views). The decor is elegant, yet comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped. The views from the balcony are breathtaking and quickly became our favourite spot for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. It was an ideal spot to catch the beautiful sunsets. It was great having the outdoor gas BBQ area right on our own patio. The condo is beach front (ideal for walks and whale watching) with access to one of the largest infinity pools in Puerto Vallarta which included some heated pool areas. The poolside bar/restaurant was a great option for breakfast, lunch and drinks. The condo was minutes away from everything - dining, activities (including golf), shopping, and the marina. These were accessible on foot or by taxi which were readily available. Nelly, our host, was always available and helpful while Soxitl, our onsite contact, went out of her way to assist us and make our stay enjoyable. We couldn't have asked for a better home base and would highly recommend this rental property. John and Heather Albrecht
