Beachfront Luxury Condo 5 Bedrooms

Condo is spacious and has a great balcony with beautiful view of sunsets over the ocean. Great location, right on the beach and close to marina (2 blocks) with restaurants and small grocery store. There is also a pontoon at the marina that will take you for a small fee (30 peso) to Paradise Village where there is a shopping mall and bigger grocery store. Access to Vidanta is also included for a small fee. The pools at the condo are great and there is a snack bar, which is cheaper than food and drinks at Vidanta but Vidanta offers water activities, a lazy river, wave pool, water slide, kids area and activities, nightly shows and happy hour 11-1 (2 for 1 on most drinks). Both Vidanta and the condo pools provide pool towels. The condo comes with a big jug of culligan water and more can be purchased for 50 peso. The area is safe and there is a guard 24 hours at the front gate and guards by the pool making sure no one comes onto the property but people staying there. Property manager is easy to get a hold of for any questions and responds promptly. This was our second stay in this condo and will not be our last.

The condo was spacious with a great view of the pools and ocean. Big water jugs were provided for a small fee saving us from having to buy water and carry them to the unit. Great location, within walking distance of restaurants and shops, also had access for small fee to Vidanta next door. Cleaners came daily. Soap was provided along with toilet paper and garbage bags (Have stayed at many places were these were not provided) Owner was responsive and very nice
