Condo in Peninsula Vallarta

Nelly (manager) and Eva (cleaner) were both very helpful at check-in and in resolving a minor issue with WiFi access. The condo unit is huge with more than enough space and fixtures. We loved the pool and the beach which was not crowded at all (we stayed in early January). We look forward to coming back to this unit and property in the future.

Our family was very pleased with the accommodations at this condominium. 4th floor balcony view of the pool and beach was fantastic and access to the beach and ocean was extremely easy. Figuring out how / when to access the pool bar staff took a day or two, but once we learned the names and routine of the grill staff, ordering food and drinks at the pool was easy. This condo was spacious and offered a large area for watching tv or playing games in the evening; having 3 full bathrooms made it easy for everyone to shower-up for nightly trips into PV. Taxi and Uber pickup was a short 3-4 minute walk down to the main street. Would definitely stay here again.

Place was great and Nelly was very responsive. A few hiccups which were very quickly rectified. Would book this spot again, definitely recommend.

We paid approximately 6,000 CAD for a one-week stay, and our expectations were minimal: a clean, functional condo. Unfortunately, this rental failed on every basic level.Two days before arrival, we were notified by the owner—who manages the property remotely from Texas—that they had terminated their local property manager in Puerto Vallarta. We were also told the washer was broken and the dryer “might” work. Upon arrival, a new washer/dryer sat uninstalled in the unit.It quickly became obvious why the previous manager was fired. The condo was extremely dirty and clearly not prepared for guests. We were greeted by a housekeeper who, due to a language barrier, could not explain how the condo functioned or answer basic questions.The beach access keys did not work, and it took several days to resolve—unacceptable for a beachfront rental. When installers arrived to set up the washer/dryer, they tracked dirt throughout the unit, further soiling the floors. We did not feel comfortable leaving our personal belongings unattended, so we were forced to supervise the installation.After all this disruption, the washer/dryer installed was a cheap, bottom-tier unit, completely inconsistent with the price point.Most disturbing was a bathroom ceiling leak, where water dripped down whenever the upstairs unit flushed their toilet. Unsanitary and disgusting.This property is grossly overpriced, poorly maintained, and badly managed. This was not a relaxing vacation.
